The book provides reflections of Christian group, for the most part Jesuit, scholars of
Buddhism, who live in various parts of Asia and who meet each year to share their experiences of engaging in dialogue with Buddhists and with the way of the Buddha, as
it is lived in contemporary Asia.

It highlights what Buddhism and Christianity have in common, such as the human journey and the interreligious dialogue, encouraging compassion towards others.
