Formation Program
Ignatian Colleagues Program participants take a deep dive into learning and experiencing many aspects of AJCU schools’ Jesuit and Catholic identity, charism, tradition, and spirituality.
Cohort learning helps them to form meaningful relationships with colleagues working in senior leadership and faculty roles throughout the 28 Jesuit colleges and universities in the United States and Belize.
ICP welcomes participants from all backgrounds, cultures, and faith/no faith traditions.
