JCAP Journals on Ignatian Spirituality

Formation Institute

The Jesuits Conference in Asia Pacific cooperation is an “undeniable necessity’  for the Society to realise its apostolic mission in an area with at least one third of the world’s population and a large proportion of its indigenous peoples.

Jesuits are motivated by a deep, personal love of Jesus Christ, and considered to be sent on mission with Jesus as companions consecrated for service under the vows of poverty, chastity and obedience.

The society is engaged in :

Jesuit Education

Three International Works- two for the formation of Jesuits and one pastoral formation programs for clergy, religious and laity

Two programs for Jesuit scholastics to foster understanding of two major religions in Asia Pacific, namely Buddhism and Islam, in Thailand and Indonesia

Parishes and Pastoral Work

Jesuit retreat houses and spirituality centers.
