Formation Program
The document explains the Ignatian Leadership Training program of the Province of Spain.
Main goals of the program are:
Delve into common leadership issues;
Place oneself within an Ignatian framework of understanding that leadership, through the Ignatian way of proceeding;
Make known the mission and strategic projects in which the Society is involved;
Promote mutual knowledge between directors and management teams, to
facilitate intersectionality within the Province of Spain.
The program is divided into four modules:
1- Personal knowledge
2- Build a body at the service of the mission
3- Drive a vision
4- Personal project.
