Formation Program 
The document explains the formation program to strengthen the provincial apostolic body, expanding the number of people committed to the Society's mission and developing personal and collective skills to discern together about this mission;
Main goals of the program are:
Promote a progressive process of knowledge, experience of pedagogy and Ignatian spirituality for the greatest possible number of people in the Province.
Generate free adherence to the project of Jesus of Nazareth, and personal commitment to collaborate in it through the Apostolic Project of the Province.
Strengthen people's sense of belonging and commitment to faith and justice.
Train people to energize experiences in terms of identity and mission in his works.
